The invention relates to a business availability and health degree monitoring method for a security and future industry information system. The method comprises: all businesses involved in a security and future industry information system are graded from a high level to a low level based on elements of the businesses; an availability component index of each level is defined to only have available and unavailable states, and if the low-level index is in an unavailable state, all correspondingly upper-level indexes are in unavailable states; a health degree of each level is defined and weighted gathering is carried out by states and performance indexes of infrastructures and applications that are included by businesses, thereby obtaining business health degree percentages; and on the basis of the two kinds of indexes including availability and health degree percentages, integrated evaluation is carried out on operating states of businesses of the security and future industry information system, thereby obtaining quantitative indexes of current business states. With the method, quantitative evaluation on the operating system of the security and future industry information system is realized; a trend curve can be formed and early warning can be triggered; continuous evaluation on the system operating state can be realized; and flexibility is high.
