The method is used for predicting the direct risk of radioactive contamination in a nuclear accident and the secondary risk caused by emergency evacuation, revealing the risk evolution law, quantifying the risk diffusion scale, determining key influence factors, and providing a theoretical basis for formulating an emergency strategy.
