The present invention discloses a remotely updating method, system, and device for vehicle wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the version numbers of a plurality of modules on a vehicle; determining whether the vehicle needs to be upgraded according to the acquired version numbers; accessing remote upgrading conditions if the vehicle needs upgrading; receiving the upgrading requests sent from a mobile terminal through an information station on the vehicle when the remote upgrading conditions are satisfied; controlling the power-on of the entire vehicle by the information station through a vehicle body control module; receiving the upgrading files sent by the mobile terminal and sending them to the plurality of modules through the information station; and upgrading the plurality of modules according to the upgrading files. The remotely updating method for vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention allows a user to set remotely upgrading conditions (for example, reservation time) when the vehicle needs upgrading, and automatically upgrades the vehicle when the remotely upgrading conditions are satisfied.
