Problems solved by technology

The post-installation treatment rooms of most hospitals in China do not have X-ray fluoroscopy or filming equipment to determine the position of the applicator. The position of the applicator in the patient's uterine cavity during each treatment depends only on the experience of the operating doctor. The influence of lesion range, size, and various operational factors may lead to the deviation of the position of the applicator, and the different degrees of blindness in brachytherapy seriously affect the therapeutic effect of intracavitary radiotherapy
At present, most of the translational beds are used to realize the patient from the post-installed treatment bed to the simulated positioning bed and then back to the post-installed treatment bed. The existing translational bed may tilt during the movement process and cause the patient's body position to change. The source device must always be fixed in the patient's body, and the patient will feel uncomfortable during the movement process. The position of the source device may change during the moving process, which will seriously affect the effect of radiotherapy. Therefore, we propose a brachytherapy positioning method for gynecological tumors. Therapeutic multifunctional translational bed

Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional translation bed for close radiotherapy, positioning and treatment of a gynecological tumor, and the translation bed comprises a translation bed, a rear treatment bed and a simulation positioning bed. The central part of the upper surface of one end of the translation bed is provided with a pedestal, and four corners of the translation bed are symmetrically provided with electric telescoping rods. The inner side of each electric telescoping rod is provided with a positioning rod, and the upper surface of the pedestal is provided with first scale. The upper end of the pedestal is rotatingly connected with the lower end of a connecting rod. According to the invention, four corners of the translation bed are provided with the electric telescoping rods, and the translation bed can be adjusted in a moving process through the electric telescoping rods so as to prevent the translation bed from being inclined. The translation bed helps a patient maintain the posture, is convenient to move, and can record the angle and length of a source applicator in the body of the patient through the first scale and second scale. The source applicator can be taken out in the moving process, thereby reducing the discomfort of the patient, preventing the position of the source applicator from being changed in the moving process, and improving the radiotherapy effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a multifunctional translation bed for brachytherapy positioning treatment of gynecological tumors. Background technique [0002] High-dose rate intracavity radiotherapy is one of the main methods for the treatment of cervical cancer. Due to the physical characteristics of point-like radiation sources, the non-standard position of the source applicator during intracavitary treatment of cervical cancer will seriously affect the dose of radiation in the target area. The distribution directly affects the tumor control rate. The post-installation treatment rooms of most hospitals in China do not have X-ray fluoroscopy or filming equipment to determine the position of the applicator. The position of the applicator in the patient's uterine cavity during each treatment depends only on the experience of the operating doctor. The influence of lesion range, size, and various operat...
