Abstract

The invention relates to a diffusion coefficient measurement device of hydrocarbon gas, which comprises a rock holder for containing a rock sample, a first gas storage container, a second gas storage container and a differential pressure gauge, wherein a rock sample containing cavity is constructed in the rock holder; a first diffusion cavity is formed in one side of the rock sample containing cavity; a second diffusion cavity is formed in the other side of the rock sample containing cavity; the first gas storage container is communicated with the first diffusion cavity to inject the hydrocarbon gas into the first diffusion cavity; the second gas storage container is communicated with the second diffusion cavity to inject reference gas into the second diffusion cavity; the differential pressure gauge is communicated with the first diffusion cavity and the second diffusion cavity; the first gas storage container injects the hydrocarbon gas into the first diffusion cavity and the second gas storage container injects the reference gas to the second diffusion cavity simultaneously; and a reading of the differential pressure gauge is not greater than preset maximum differential pressure. With the adoption of the diffusion coefficient measurement device of the hydrocarbon gas, a relatively accurate diffusion coefficient can be obtained.
