The invention discloses a
visual monitoring and shooting and intelligent identification external damage early warning method and
system, and relates to the field of
power transmission line
safety monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring external damage accident information; reversely tracing from the
power grid topology
database based on the accident occurrence position to determine an affected user
list; constructing a
causal inference model, and carrying out anti-factual
estimation on the
power consumption of the affected user when no external damage is assumed to occur in the accident influence time period based on the
power consumption characteristic data of the affected user in the historical accident-free time period; acquiring actual
electricity consumption of a user; determining an electric quantity loss causal effect value according to a difference value between the actual
electricity consumption and the anti-factual
electricity consumption; and according to the effect value and user
electricity price information obtained from the marketing
system, generating an external damage follow-up loss
list containing the electricity loss cost. According to the method, accurate accounting of the electric quantity loss is realized through a
causal inference technology, and a full-link closed-loop
system from pre-event early warning to post-event follow-up is constructed in combination with
power grid topology analysis and multi-system data fusion.
