A fluorescent carbon dot molecularly imprinted polymer for detecting zearalenone and a preparation method and application thereof

This invention belongs to the field of food analysis, specifically disclosing a fluorescent carbon dot molecularly imprinted polymer for detecting zearalenone, its preparation method, and its application. First, a pseudo-template molecule of zearalenone is pre-assembled with a functional monomer. Then, a red-emitting carbon dot ethanol solution is added as a fluorescent indicator. Finally, a crosslinking agent is added to carry out a polymerization reaction. After polymerization, the pseudo-template is eluted to obtain a fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymer capable of specifically recognizing zearalenone. When detecting zearalenone, quantitative identification can be achieved based on the fluorescence quenching rate of the red-emitting carbon dots. This method features simple operation, high specificity, strong stability, and low cost, enabling rapid detection of zearalenone in grains and providing a new fluorescent molecular recognition material for the development of rapid detection products for food safety.
