rapeseed meal is obtained by fermenting
rapeseed meal with composite
bacteria consisting of
aspergillus oryzae,
bacillus subtilis,
lactobacillus plantarum and
bacteroides cellulolyticus. The compound fermented rapeseed meal adopts four zymophyte, one of the four zymophyte is a unique strain preserved by the applicant, the four zymophyte can achieve efficient synergistic degradation of
cellulose and
phytic acid, the absorption and utilization efficiency of pigs on mineral substances is remarkably improved, after
phytic acid is synergistically degraded by
bacteroides cellulolyticus LYH2 and commercial strains, the degradation rate of
phytic acid is larger than or equal to 80%, and the degradation rate of phytic acid is larger than or equal to 80%. The
cellulose degradation rate is greater than or equal to 65%; when 4-6% of the strain is added into pig daily ration, the
utilization rate of minerals can be increased by 31% or above and is increased by 17% or above compared with a DSM 14838 standard strain combination, the use of mineral additives is reduced by 30%, and the
excretion of
copper and
zinc in excrement is reduced by 40% or above. The method does not need an exogenous
enzyme preparation, is low in cost and stable in effect, and provides
technical support for
resource utilization and green cultivation of rapeseed meal. Meanwhile, the invention also provides application of the compound fermented rapeseed meal.
