Abstract

The invention provides an impulse umbrella type natural-circulation evaporator. The impulse umbrella type natural-circulation evaporator is characterized in that an impulse umbrella is used as a power head for automatic cleaning. The upper part of the impulse umbrella is a conical umbrella or spherical umbrella while the lower part of the impulse umbrella is a triangular prism capable of freely carrying out lifting motion in a heating pipe; the upper end of a cleaning screw is hung on the bottom of the impulse umbrella while the lower end of the cleaning screw is connected with a coupling spring in a nozzle rack; and the straight section of the lower part of the coupling spring passes through a bearing hole in the nozzle rack and is then hooked and hung on a bearing part, and the coupling spring is not circumferentially fixed and can freely rotate. During operation of the impulse umbrella type natural-circulation evaporator in production, high-flow-velocity vapour bubble solution two-phase flow at the outlet of the heating pipe is used for driving the cleaning screw to carry out three-dimensional complex motion (rotation, radial vibration and axial reciprocation) needed in high-efficiency dirt cleaning in virtue of the characteristics that the two-phase flow exerts great impulse on the impulse umbrella and the impulse force has great fluctuation amplitude; so effective uniform and automatic cleaning is realized, and mutual wearing is avoided. The evaporator capable of realizing natural circulation and automatic cleaning can save energy and improve yield and efficiency.
