Abstract

The invention provides a data processing method and apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: receiving multiple data requests and preprocessing requests from multiple clients within preset time, wherein the data requests comprise resource requests, the resource requests are oriented towards data resource blocks stored in a server, and the server store the multiple data resource blocks; analyzing orientations of the multiple resource requests so as to determine overlapped data resource blocks in the data resource blocks oriented by the multiple resource requests; selecting target data resource blocks from the overlapped data resource blocks; reading the target data resource blocks, and according to the preprocessing requests, preprocessing the target data resource blocks so as to obtain target data corresponding to the different clients; and respectively returning the target data in response to the multiple data requests to the multiple clients. The method and apparatus can improve the efficiency of the data processing method.
