A knowledge base consists of a knowledge segment library and a tag library, wherein the knowledge segment library is used for structural storage of medical knowledge; and the tag library is formed by a series of tags and matching rules, which are defined for carrying out automatic retrieval of the medical knowledge. The intelligent medical knowledge base management system comprises a knowledge base storage subsystem, a tag management subsystem, a data acquisition subsystem and a tag retrieval subsystem; and the intelligent medical knowledge base management system based on the tags comprehensively adopts big data and intelligent technologies, medical personnel can participate in management of the system and interact with a patient on the basis of the system, and the patient also can utilize the system to master a health condition of the patient, so that personalized, targeted and real-time health education is implemented.
