According to the administrative state-owned asset management system, purchasing, receiving and using, clearing, inventory, borrowing and returning, repairing and scraping of physical assets are regulated in an all-round and accurate manner through an advanced barcode technology, and the compliance between accounts and articles is truly ensured through asset classification statistics and other statements. Each physical asset of an administrative unit is given a unique code identifier which is scanned by a data collector and then transmitted to a computer, and thus, the inventory checking of the physical assets can be completed accurately.
