The electronic blind guiding shoe comprises an ultrasonic ranging module, a vision sensing module, a positioning module and a voice module. The ultrasonic ranging module is arranged in a sole of the electronic blind guiding shoe and used for measuring a distance between the electronic blind guiding shoe and a front obstacle. The vision sensing module is arranged in the sole of the electronic blind guiding shoe and capable of acquiring images of front traffic lights and obstacles and analyzing the images of the traffic lights and the obstacles. The positioning module is arranged in the sole of the electronic blind guiding shoe and capable of determining a position of the electronic blind guiding shoe. The voice module is arranged in the sole of the electronic blind guiding shoe, electrically connected with the ultrasonic ranging module, the vision sensing module and the positioning module and capable of sending blind guiding voice through a Bluetooth headset according to respective measurement parameters of the ultrasonic ranging module, the vision sensing module and the positioning module.
