Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for automatic document generation based on FOG data. The system comprises a document format file definition module, a document template definition module and a document automatic generation module, wherein the document format file definition module defines a format of a generated document by a format document; the document module definition module defines FOG data contained in the to-be-generated document by a document template, and compilation of the document is divided into compilation of the FOG data; and the document automatic generation module is used to grasp content information of the corresponding FOG data from a database according to the FOG data of each document configured in the document template to generate document contents, and the format of the document is generated by document format information configured in a sample document. According to the invention, the document format could be kept uniform; the document template could be used repeatedly; consistency of contents introduced by the different documents could be ensured; document maintenance difficulty could be reduced; and time and effort of compilation workers could be reduced.
