The invention discloses a physiological parameter measurer for a general medical practitioner. The physiological parameter measurer comprises a group of physiological parameter sensors (1), a sensor interface device (2), a data acquisition card (3) and a portable computer (4), and is characterized in that the group of physiological parameter sensors (1) can be all or selectively mounted in the sensor interface device (2); the sensor interface device (2) is connected with the data acquisition card (3); the data acquisition card (3) is connected with the portable computer (4); the whole measurer is operated through a virtual instrument interface generated on a screen of the portable computer (4). The physiological parameter measurer can realize simultaneous measurement of non-bioelectricity physiological parameters and also can selectively measure the parameters; the measured physiological parameters comprise blood pressure, pulse, heart sound, blood flow, body temperature and respiration; the physiological parameter measurer has the characteristic of convenience for carrying and is suitable for professional characteristics of the general medical practitioner.
