The scheme of the method comprises the steps of receiving a key update command including a first key, storing a mapping relation between a first key and a first key version number, and reserving the mapping relation between a second key and a second key version number, wherein the second key is the key received before the first key; receiving a streaming media play request message carrying a URL including encrypted anti-theft chain information and the key version number sent by a terminal; reading the key version number in the URL, and finding the key corresponding to the key version number in the URL according to the stored mapping relations between key version numbers and the keys; decrypting the encrypted anti-theft chain information in the URL by using the found key; and sending a streaming media file requested by the terminal to be terminal according to the anti-theft chain information.
