score residual, a degradation energy quantization value and a cumulative degradation amount; generating a pre-switching control parameter; performing shunt transmission of a service packet; and completing session context migration and old link release. Compared with the link switching mode depending on received
signal strength in the prior art, especially under high-speed movement and
base station boundary switching conditions, the technical problems of mis-switching or switching
lag are prone to occur. Due to the dynamic weighted fusion
score of the multi-dimensional normalized parameters and the score prediction based on trend extrapolation, the application realizes forward-looking identification and predictive switching of the link state.
