The simulation method and system are applied to simulating actual operation conditions of the direct current distribution network and reflecting operating characteristics of the direct current distribution network accurately. The system comprises an analogue simulation device, an interface device, a measurement unit, a child-station control protective device, a multi-coordination control device and a monitoring device, wherein the analogue simulation device is connected with the interface device, the interface device is connected with the measurement unit, the measurement unit is connected with the child-station control protective device, the multi-coordination control device and the monitoring device respectively, the child-station control protective device is connected with the multi-coordination control device, and the multi-coordination control device is connected with the monitoring device. The simulation method and system are applied to analogue simulation of the direct current distribution network.
