Abstract

The voltage generating device comprises an operation impact voltage generator, a DC voltage generator, a blocking DC capacitor, a blocking AC resistor and a filtering capacitor, wherein a first end of the blocking DC capacitor is connected with a first output end of the operation impact voltage generator, a first end of the filtering capacitor is connected with a first output end of the DC voltage generator and a first end of the blocking AC resistor, a second end of the blocking AC resistor is connected with a second end of the blocking DC capacitor to form a voltage output end, and a second output end of the DC voltage generator and a second output end of the operation impact voltage generator are in connection with ground potential. The voltage generating device is advantaged in that superposition of a DC voltage and an operation impact voltage is realized, the voltage generating device can be applied to withstanding voltage tests of a GIS, and the voltage generating device has important meaning for rule study on influence of developing a DC electric field on insulation characteristics of an internal solid insulator of GIS equipment.
