Abstract
The invention provides a novel pharmaceutical use of ganciclovir and particularly relates to a use of ganciclovir in preparation of drugs for treating or preventing diabetic-induced stroke. In the above application, the ganciclovir has an oral dosage range of 500mg to 5000mg and an oral injection dosage range of 300mg to 3000mg.
