The device comprises a gas supply system, a liquid supply system, a simulating system, a fracturing system, a water injection system, a production system and a monitoring system. The device adopts a sand filling box as a main body of the simulating system, and a row-type horizontal well net can be simulated; natural gas and water are supplied to the simulating system through the gas supply system and theliquid supply system to form the natural gas hydrates; fracturing operation is conducted on a simulated natural gas hydrate reservoir through the fracturing system; displacement water and chemical agents are injected through the water injection system so as simulate chemical-flooding mining; mined gas and mined water are collected through the production system; and whole-process monitoring is conducted on the experiment process through the monitoring system. According to the experiment device, chemical-flooding mining of the natural gas hydrates is simulated in a three-dimensional mode, and acertain guiding effect on studying of the chemical-flooding mining mechanism of the natural gas hydrates is achieved.
