Abstract

The invention discloses a relay endurance performance storage degradation analysis method and belongs to the technical field of relay product performance analysis. The method comprises the steps of building a contact spring system vibration simulation model of a relay according to design parameters of the relay; performing a storage degradation test on a contact spring system, and based on a stress relaxation theory, building a storage degradation model of the contact spring system; discretizing the storage degradation model, based on this, modifying the simulation model to realize storage degradation injection of the contact spring system, and performing calculation to obtain a degradation condition of a pre-pressure value between normally closed contacts; performing mode analysis and frequency response analysis on the contact spring system vibration simulation model realizing the degradation injection, and determining degradation conditions of a resonant frequency and a correspondingcontact force response value; and comparing pre-pressure values and contact force response values corresponding to different storage time, and judging whether the endurance performance of the relay meets a requirement or not, thereby realizing the storage degradation analysis of the endurance performance of the relay.
