The human motion feature analysis method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) extracting and analyzing basic data collected by adopting a smart watch and measured data, wherein the measured data comprise steps, calorie and heartbeats; (2) dividing the measured data within a certain measurement time period according to step variation and heartbeat variation, thus obtaining heartbeat data and calorie data when a sampling individual is respectively in a time period under a motion state and a time period under a normal state; (3) analyzing a human motion feature state according to the heartbeat data and the calorie data in the time periods under the motion state and the normal state, thus obtaining a corresponding relation between the motion state as well as the normal state of a human body and the variation of the heartbeats and the calorie.
