Experimental results show that after-exercise tear-induced gene characteristics are in significant negative correlation with myopia-related disease expression profiles, and in a form deprivation animal model, TA can effectively inhibit ocular axis growth (plt, 0.001) and diopter progress (plt, 0.01). The invention reveals for the first time that movement mediates ocular axis regulation by changing the tear function, and has the advantages of non-invasiveness, high safety, large transformation potential and the like.
