Abstract

The invention discloses a flow distribution method and device. The flow distribution method comprise the steps of determining a finally called bandwidth which corresponds to each service transmitted through a first link when monitoring that a real-time bandwidth state of the first link meets a flow distribution condition, wherein the first link is any one of links monitored by an SDN controller, the finally called bandwidth is the bandwidth occupied by the maximum flow in the first link, and the maximum flow is the flow which can be scheduled from the first link to other selectable links within unit time; determining a service waiting for flow distribution from each service based on the finally called bandwidth corresponding to each service; sending a first flow distribution indication toa start node of the first link based on a first flow distribution result obtained in a determination process of the finally called bandwidth which corresponds to the service waiting for flow distribution, so as to indicate the start node of the first link to perform flow distribution on the service waiting for flow distribution based on the first flow distribution result. Based on the flow distribution method and device provided by the invention, the scheduling flexibility of flow distribution of the SDN controller can be improved.
