Abstract

The invention relates to the field of microwave heating, and solves the technical problem of non-uniformity of microwave heating in the prior art. The microwave oven based on a phased array disclosedby the invention comprises a heating cavity body and microwave feed-in sources, wherein the microwave feed-in sources are uniformly distributed on an array antenna of a top layer of the heating cavitybody; the bottom part of the heating cavity body is divided into at least two sections of pressure sensors. The microwave oven also comprises a phase control module connected with the pressure sensors and the array antenna, and the pressure sensors are used for transmitting quality signals of heated matter to the phase control module. According to the microwave oven based on the phased array disclosed by the invention, the quality signal of the matter is transmitted back to the phase control module through the pressure sensors, more microwaves are radiated to the food of which the quality isheavier, and the space is heated in a controlled mode, so that the energy efficiency is improved, and the heating uniformity is improved. The invention also discloses intelligent microwave radiation which is carried out based on the quality of the heated matter and quality phase distribution, so that the problem that a microwave field is distributed in a standing wave form in the cavity body or the microwave field is fixed so as to result in non-uniformity in the prior art is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microwave heating, in particular to a microwave oven based on a phased array and a space distribution heating method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, microwave heating chambers for food grades have been widely used in the market, such as household microwave ovens. These household microwave ovens all use a magnetron as a microwave source. When the microwave radiation enters the cavity, the microwave field is distributed in the cavity as a standing wave. Foods of different quality are put into the cavity to be heated, and the food with higher quality is not necessarily in the position where the microwave field is stronger, which is one of the main reasons for low energy efficiency and uneven heating. [0003] There is an urgent need for a microwave heating system that can effectively solve the problem of uneven heating. Contents of the invention [0004] The phased array-based microwave oven and...
