Abstract

The invention provides a flexible display screen and a flexible display device to solve the technical problem that flexible display screens in the prior art are easily damaged when being bent. The flexible display screen structurally includes a first functional layer, a memory material layer, a buffer layer and a second functional layer which are stacked in sequence and are in contact with one another; the buffer layer is changed along with the change of the shape of the memory material layer. In this way, the elastic deformation stress difference between every two adjacent functional layers is counteracted by the surface displacement difference between the inner and outer sides when the memory material layer is bent, an excessive tensile force performed on the functional layers on the outer sides is avoided, the overall rebound stress of the flexible display screen is reduced, and use defects, such as film peeling, creasing, breakage and bubbling, which are caused by excessive deformation stress are avoided.
