Problems solved by technology

At the same time, the state description of convection is only described by nouns, while the specific state attributes lack formal definitions
Therefore, the following problems are caused: (1) The function representation lacks a computer-understandable structure, and the shallow flow state semantics cannot provide enough information for knowledge reasoning, which hinders the realization of automatic function decomposition
(2) Functional effect semantics lack an explicit representation mechanism, and the functional purpose summarized by verbs may lead to semantic conflicts and ambiguities, making semantic-based functional knowledge retrieval impossible
(3) There is a lack of tools that effectively support functional modeling and multi-view and multi-resolution representation of functional semantics in the top-down conceptual design process

Embodiment 1

[0039] Step 1: Define the functional semantic ontology.

[0040] Firstly, a functional semantic ontology is created to realize the formalization of functional semantics and solution knowledge structure. The main concepts involved in this ontology are figure 1 shown.

[0041]Ontology-based knowledge representation requires the definition of formal ontology concepts (Concept) and the relationship between concepts for domain knowledge. Therefore, specific knowledge in the domain can be instantiated as an individual (Individual) in the concept corresponding to the ontology, and the specific content of individual knowledge is assigned through its property (Property).

[0042] In the traditional function representation, the conversion of function convection is described by the form of verb + noun. Among them, the verb describes the behavior of the function, and the noun indicates the type or name corresponding to the flow. In the actual conceptual design process, the functional ...

Abstract

The invention discloses ontology-based product function semantic modeling representation, which comprises the following steps: (1) the product function modeled by OWL-DL language defining the ontologyconcept of product functional semantics, and obtaining the ontology of functional semantics; (2) redefining the functional verbs in the functional base as ontological concepts, and using OWL-DL ontology language adds semantic constraint to realize the semantic expansion of the concept of functional verbs; (3) creating SysML metamodel consistent with functional semantic ontology; (4) using the SysML metamodel created in step (3) to create the function definition model and the function structure model. The ontology-based product function semantic modeling representation provided by the invention can eliminate the uncertainty and ambiguity of the function representation, provide a semantic structure understandable by a computer, and lay a foundation for applications such as function reasoning and automatic function decomposition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the functional semantic modeling expression in the product concept design stage, in particular to an ontology-based product functional semantic modeling expression and its application. Background technique [0002] In the conceptual design stage, traditional product function representations generally use verbs + noun phrases for subjective descriptions, and it is difficult to provide rich semantics to drive system design. The purpose of functional representation is to provide a standardized modeling method to help designers transform subjective design intentions into relatively objective functional descriptions, and then systematically subdivide design tasks into specific subtasks through functional decomposition. [0003] In the field of information science, ontology refers to "explicit description of conceptualization". By providing formal semantic expression and reasoning, knowledge sharing and reuse are realized. Ontology d...
