The present invention relates to a preparation method for a biological polybasic alcohol by using of an aleurites fordii. The preparation method is as follows: an alcohol-decomposing agent is added into the aleurites fordii to make the alcohol-decomposing reaction in the catalyzing environment to create a mixing ester of fatty acid; and then an epoxidizing agent is added into the mixing ester of fatty acid to make the epoxidizing reaction in the catalyzing environment to create a mixing epoxidizing ester of fatty acid; the mixing epoxidizing ester of fatty acid takes the opening reaction of epoxidizing key with an opening agent to create a mixing hydroxylic ester of fatty acid, i.e. a biological polybasic alcohol. The biological polybasic alcohol takes the addition reaction with an oxidation alkene in the catalyzing environment to create a biological polybasic alcohol with much higher molar weight. The preparation technics and operation of the present invention are more convenient; the adjustability for the product function is much better with much better performance. The aleurites fordii materials used in the present invention is a reproducible materials; so the cost is much lower and the material is abundant, which can replace the petrifaction polyether glycol to prepare the polyurethane foam plastic so that the dependence to the polyurethane product decreases.

Bearing variable-condition fault diagnosis method based on LMD-SVD (Local Mean Decomposition-Singular Value Decomposition) and extreme learning machine

The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method based on local mean decomposition (LMD), singular value decomposition (SVD) and an extreme learning machine (ELM), and aims to increase the accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis under a variable condition. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, decomposing a nonlinear and unstable original vibration signal into a series of product functions (PFs) by adopting an efficient adaptive signal processing method LMD, wherein each PF component is a product of an envelope signal and a pure frequency modulated signal having physical meaning; secondly, processing the PF components by adopting the SVD to compress a feature vector scale and obtain a more stable feature vector value; lastly, classifying a bearing fault state by applying the ELM having higher application computation efficiency and higher classification accuracy based on an extracted feature vector. By adopting the fault diagnosis method based on LMD-SVD-ELM, a set of complete and valid variable-condition fault diagnosis scheme is provided for a bearing. The method has a very good practical engineering application value.

Terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol serve as raw materials, a third component of polyethylene glycol, a fourth component of diethylene glycol and a fifth component of pentaerythritol are added for copolymerization, a copolyester melt is prepared, pressurized through a melt pipeline and a pressurizing pump, conveyed to a spinning box, divided into two ways through two metering pumps, sent into a spinning assembly and a spinneret plate for extrusion and cooled and solidified to form two bundles of yarn, FDY (fully drawn yarn) is obtained after oiling wheel oiling, pre-interlacing, drawing and heat setting of one of the two bundles of yarn, the other bundle of yarn is oiled through an oil spraying nozzle and then led to two yarn guiding disks to obtain POY (polyester pre-oriented yarn), the FDY and the POY are input into a yarn doubling device and a main interlacing device simultaneously for composition, and the composite fiber is obtained after ultra-high-speed winding molding. The composite fiber adopts the better fine three-dimensional multi-layer structure and is large in potential controllable hot-shrinkage rate difference, good in fluffiness, hygroscopicity, air permeability, moisture retention, chromaticity and high color rendering uniformity, multiple in product function and high in additional value.

After cooling and curing, two yarns are formed, wherein one yarn is subject to oiling by an oil wheel, pre-entwining, stretching and thermoforming to obtain an FDY yarn, and the other yarn is subject to oiling by an oil nozzle, and is guided to two spinning discs to obtain a POY yarn; the two yarns are simultaneously input into a doubling device and a main entwining device for combination, and are formed through the ultra-fast rolling, so as to obtain the composition fiber. The method comprises steps that through the product function and structure analysis, the subfunctions and a subcomponent database of a product are built; based on the energy transfer, conversion and branching relation, a reliability block diagram of a multi-subcomponent series-parallel connection structure is built for each subfunction; the reliability block diagram is analyzed, two objective optimization models which has the maximum reliability of the subfunctions and the minimum reliability variance of a series subsystem are built, and a multi-objective optimization evolutionary algorithm is used for solving; and the reliability of the product subcomponents selects the reliability mean value of all the subfunction operation, the subcomponents with the similar reliabilities are clustered into a module, so the product reliability allocation and module planning scheme is obtained. By aiming at the problem that the whole reliability of the product is lowered due to unbalanced reliabilities of the subcomponents during the product design, a model is built on the basis of an energy reliability block diagram, a method for realizing component reliability balance and optimized product reliability allocation is proposed, so the whole reliability allocation scheme of the product is obtained.
