The present invention relates to a preparation method for a biological polybasic alcohol by using of an aleurites fordii. The preparation method is as follows: an alcohol-decomposing agent is added into the aleurites fordii to make the alcohol-decomposing reaction in the catalyzing environment to create a mixing ester of fatty acid; and then an epoxidizing agent is added into the mixing ester of fatty acid to make the epoxidizing reaction in the catalyzing environment to create a mixing epoxidizing ester of fatty acid; the mixing epoxidizing ester of fatty acid takes the opening reaction of epoxidizing key with an opening agent to create a mixing hydroxylic ester of fatty acid, i.e. a biological polybasic alcohol. The biological polybasic alcohol takes the addition reaction with an oxidation alkene in the catalyzing environment to create a biological polybasic alcohol with much higher molar weight. The preparation technics and operation of the present invention are more convenient; the adjustability for the product function is much better with much better performance. The aleurites fordii materials used in the present invention is a reproducible materials; so the cost is much lower and the material is abundant, which can replace the petrifaction polyether glycol to prepare the polyurethane foam plastic so that the dependence to the polyurethane product decreases.

Method for constructing cryptococcus albidus engineering bacterial strain for producing oleic acid in high yield

The invention relates to a method for constructing a cryptococcus albidus engineering bacterial strain for producing oleic acid in high yield, and provides a yeast engineering bacterial strain for producing oleic acid in high yield. A vector uses pCAMBIA2300 as a basic framework, contains aleurites montana VeSAD genes, and can change an oil producing yeast fatty acid component so as to improve the oleic acid content. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) acquisition of a full-length sequence of a cDNA coding area of the enzyme cutting site-containing aleurites montana VeSAD gene; (2) construction of a VeSAD positive expression vector; (3) acquisition of a recombinant agrobacterium strain; and (4) acquisition of the cryptococcus albidus engineering bacterial strain. The method has the advantages that: the VeSAD genes separated from total RNA of aleurites montana seeds are constructed on the yeast expression vector pCAMBIA2300, and the VeSAD genes are guided into the cryptococcus albidus by adopting an agrobacterium-mediated method so that a synthetic gene of vegetable fatty acid is efficiently expressed in the yeast, the oil yield of the cryptococcus albidus is increased, and particularly the oleic acid content of the grease is improved.

The present invention relates to a preparation method for a biological polybasic alcohol by using of an aleurites fordii. The method includes the following steps of S1, conducting primary culture, wherein after being disinfected, aleurites fordii seed embryos are used for inoculating a primary culture medium untill the seed embryos bud, and the primary culture medium comprises 1/2 of MS and 0.5-1.0 mg/L of GA3, or 1/2 of MS and 0.5 mg/L of IAA; S2, inducing the stem segments with the buds to bud, wherein the stem segments with the buds on the aleurites fordii seed embryos in step 1 are cut off and then used for inoculating an induction medium to be induced to bud, and the induction medium comprises MS, 3 mg/L of 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L of IBA; S3, conducting rooting treatment, wherein the stem segments with new buds are transferred into a rooting medium, and the rooting medium comprises 1/2 of MS, 0.2 mg/L of LIBA, 0.5 g/L of activated carbon and medical stone which accounts for 1/10 of the volume of a container. According to the method of conducting in-vitro rapid propagation on the aleurites fordii stem segments with the buds, by obtaining the stem segments with the budsafter the seed embryos bud aseptically, the bacterium infection rate is greatly reduced, and the budding rate is increased; during activation and proliferation of the stem segments with the buds, thesame culture medium is adopted, and by carrying out light quality control on proliferation indexes, the workload of preparing different culture media is reduced; by adding additives into the rootingmedium, the rooting rate is greatly increased.

The present invention provides a botanical multi-functional coating agent for Aleurites montana seeds and a coating method of the coating agent.
