The invention provides a preparation method of composite biological
organic fertilizer granules. The
fertilizer granules comprise the following effective components: 50 to 55 parts of
bacillus subtilis, 10 to 15 parts of actinomycetes, 8 to 10 parts of
photosynthetic bacteria, 6 to 10 parts of
paecilomyces lilacinus, 3 to 5 parts of
saccharomycetes and 2 to 4 parts of bifidobacteria. The
fertilizer granules which are prepared in a
compositing manner have complete functions and high complementarity and can be mixed with chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers, thereby improving the
utilization rate of the
fertilizer granules by 30% or so. The fertilizer granules are used for resisting diseases and inhibiting
bacteria, improving
soil fertility, activating soil, increasing yield and improving quality, resisting the lodging and decreasing
pesticide residues, and are long in storage life, wherein the flower
retention rate is improved by 50%; the fruit-bearing is advanced by 7 to 10 days; and the yield is increased by 15% to 20%. In addition, the fertilizer granules contain the white spines actinomycete
streptomyces, thereby having obvious effects for inhibiting the pathogenic fungi of the
fusarium wilt of cucumbers from growing. The experimental result proves that the morbidity of the
fusarium wilt of the cucumbers is below 10% after the fertilizer granules provided by the invention are applied to the soil in which the
fusarium wilt of the cucumbers occurs.
