207 results about "Hirsutella" patented technology

Hirsutella is a genus of asexually reproducing fungi in the Ophiocordycipitaceae family. Originally described by French mycologist Narcisse Théophile Patouillard in 1892, this genus includes species that are pathogens of insects, mites and nematodes; there is interest in the use of these fungi as biological controls of insect and nematode pests. The teleomorphs of Hirsutella species are thought to belong to the genus Ophiocordyceps.

Disinsection fungi emulsifiable powder

The invention provides a disinsection fungi emulsifiable powder, comprising the following components: disinsection fungi spore powder or mycelium 40-60, vegetable oil 5-15, surfactant 5-10, stabilizer 5-10, dispersant 0.1-1; wherein the disinsection fungi is metarrhizium anisopliae, white muscardine fungi, paecilomyces, hirsutella or the mixture; the surfactant is nonionic surfactant, the vegetable oil is one kind or the mixture of many kinds of the oil according to arbitrary ratios selected from the palm oil, corn oil, soybean oil, cotton seed oil and colza oil; the stabilizer is one kind or the mixture of many kinds of the oil according to arbitrary ratios selected from the xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, gelatin; the dispersant is DW 1003, glucose ester of fatty acid or the mixture thereof. The storage and transportation of the disinsection fungi emulsifiable powder is convenient and the storage period of the fungi spore is effectively prolonged and the long-term storage is convenient and the preparation activity is higher; after application of the disinsection fungi emulsifiable powder, the oil can effectively absorb the ultraviolet ray and reduce the damage of the ultraviolet ray on the fungi spore, effectively increase the field control-effect stability. The process production technique of the disinsection fungi emulsifiable powder is simple and the disinsection fungi emulsifiable powder is easily mixed with the other compatible synergistic pesticide.

Normal temperature fermentation Hirsutella hepialid Chen et Shen, mutation breeding method and fermentation process thereof

The invention discloses a Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen fungus which can be fermented at normal temperature, the fungus in systematics is named as (Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen)BS-1, and is mutagenized by the following method: protoplast is extracted from Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen strain which is separated from the stroma of the natural Cordyceps sinensis(Berk)Sacc., and the protoplast is irradiated by a 15-60W ultraviolet lamp at a place which is 10-50cm from the ultraviolet lamp for 1-300s, inoculated on MYG reproduction culture medium and cultured in a thermotank at the temperature of 25-28 DEG C; the mutagenized and cultured strains are inoculated in fermentation medium and acclimatized at the temperature of 25-28 DEG C for ten generations, and the contents of the active components are determined, the strains which grow well and have high strain powder yield and high contents of the active components are selected, and finally the Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen fungus strain which can be fermented at normal temperature is obtained. The invention also discloses a mutagenesis breeding method of the fungus and a fermentation process. The Hirsutella hepiali Chen et Shen strain can rapidly grow at normal temperature with short fermentation period and low production cost, so that the product has greater market competitiveness.

The invention provides a method for preparing a cordyceps polysaccharide biological preparation, and relates to a preparation method of preparations. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a cordyceps taishanensis culture medium: culturing cordyceps taishanensis, coarsely extracting cordyceps polysaccharide, purifying cordyceps polysaccharide; molding, namely cutting bitter gourd, fagopyrum tararicum, radix ophiopogonis, cyclocarya paliurus, alkekengi and purslane into dices, baking at 60 DEG C, and crushing; sufficiently mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 percent of cordyceps polysaccharide, 25 percent of alkekengi, 15 percent of cyclocarya paliurus, 10 percent of fagopyrum tararicum, 10 percent of bitter gourd, 5 percent of radix ophiopogonis and 5 percent of purslane; combining medicinal auxiliaries to prepare the preparatin. According to the cordyceps polysaccharide biological preparation, cordyceps polysaccharide extracted from artificially cultured hirsutella sinensis mycelium is adopted as a main raw material, and is compatible with alkekengi, cyclocarya paliurus, fagopyrum tararicum, bitter gourd, radix ophiopogonis and purslane, so that the blood glucose reducing effect of the biological preparation is better that that of single cordyceps polysaccharide. The cordyceps polysaccharide biological preparation can be used for comprehensively reducing blood glucose, does not have toxic or side effect, is low in price, and is suitable for large-scale production.
