Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: preparing a cordyceps taishanensis culture medium: culturing cordyceps taishanensis, coarsely extracting cordyceps polysaccharide, purifying cordyceps polysaccharide; molding, namely cutting bitter gourd, fagopyrum tararicum, radix ophiopogonis, cyclocarya paliurus, alkekengi and purslane into dices, baking at 60 DEG C, and crushing; sufficiently mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 percent of cordyceps polysaccharide, 25 percent of alkekengi, 15 percent of cyclocarya paliurus, 10 percent of fagopyrum tararicum, 10 percent of bitter gourd, 5 percent of radix ophiopogonis and 5 percent of purslane; combining medicinal auxiliaries to prepare the preparatin. According to the cordyceps polysaccharide biological preparation, cordyceps polysaccharide extracted from artificially cultured hirsutella sinensis mycelium is adopted as a main raw material, and is compatible with alkekengi, cyclocarya paliurus, fagopyrum tararicum, bitter gourd, radix ophiopogonis and purslane, so that the blood glucose reducing effect of the biological preparation is better that that of single cordyceps polysaccharide.
