Abstract

The invention relates to an endophytic fungus for promoting the growth and photosynthesis enhancement of aleurites montana in low-phosphorus environment. The endophytic fungus is Penicillium sp. SJ4 registered and preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center with the preservation number of CGMCC No. 10466 on 30th January, 2015. The endophytic fungus SJ4 for aleurites montana is inoculated to a soil-cultured aleurites montana seedling, a low-phosphorus stress experiment on the inoculated plant shows that the seedling height increase rate, ground diameter increase rate and SPAD value of the plant are far higher than those of a contrast, the endophytic fungus has a better effect on alleviating the low-phosphorus stress of the plant, and further, the endophytic fungus of the plant promotes the growth and development of aleurites montana in the low-phosphorus environment.
