The upper end of the air bag is hermetically connected with the inflation device, and the inflation device can control the gas pressure in the air bag according to the blood pressure. The self-adaptive elastic plate unfoldingstructure consists of elastic plates and a supporting rod. The elastic plates are fixed on the supporting rod, the elastic plates of each layer are arranged according to a certain angle difference theta, and the geometrical linearity of the elastic plate is an evolvent, the hemostatic material external application film is adhered and fixed on the outer side of the air bag.
