The method comprises the steps of: selecting a candidate third-party service platform/service according to functional/non-functional features, user preference and credibility, and inquiring and obtaining content service; generating a plurality of schemes for a user based on different optimization targets by employing a combined problem solver; when the user constraint is too strict to cause an over-constraint problem, employing an over-constraint problem solver to percept the preference degreesequence of the user constraint and generate a maximum correction constraint loosing set, and transferring the combined problem solver to regenerate the schemes; and integrally considering the satisfaction degree of the scheme-user constraint, the scheme representativeness and the scheme diversity through a user constraint guidance mechanism, performing perception of the user feedback, and returning the most proper k schemes for the users repeatedly until the user is satisfied. The over-constraint problem caused by the too strict user is solved, and the problem is solved that there are many solutions caused by too loosened user constraint.
