A computer user interface generation system and method is disclosed, wherein computer user interfaces can be generated dynamically during activation of the computer application for which the generated user interface provides user access to the functional features of the application. The generated user interface may be a graphical user interface (GUI) that uses instances of various user interaction techniques. A user interface specification is provided in a configuration database for generating the user interface, and by changing the user interface specification in the configuration database, the user interface for the computer application can be changed during activation of the application.

Anatomical features are extracted from a structural magnetic resonance image (MRI) of a patient. Functional features are extracted from a resting-state functional MRI (rsFMRI) series of the patient. An ADHD diagnosis for the patient is determined based on the anatomical features, the functional features, and phenotypic features of the patient using a trained classifier. An ADHD subtype may then be determined for patients diagnosed as ADHD positive using a second trained classifier.

The present invention identifies the main subpopulation (55-65%) of CD8⁺/TCR⁻ facilitating cells (FQ as plasmacytoid precursor dendritic cells (p-preDC). The present invention notably demonstrates that FC and p-preDC share many phenotypic, morphological, functional features, including IFN-α production, activation and survival after stimulation, and expansion and maturation after FIO-Ligand (FL) treatment. FL mobilized FC, the majority of which express a pre-DC phenotype, facilitate HSC engraftment. Although p-preDC significantly enhance HSC engraftment, they do so with less efficiency than FC. The invention is technically characterized by establishing the polarized point diffraction interferometer system capable of realizing adjusting the visibility of interference fringes by introducing a polarization optical element to adjust the polarization states of light beams based on a point diffraction interferometer system capable of realizing high-precision test; and putting forward corresponding structure design and system error correction methods by analyzing the function characteristics of each element in the interferometer system to realize high-precision test of the spherical surfaces. The invention provides a feasible method for high-precision test of the low-reflectivity optical spherical surfaces.
