The pesticide mixing device comprises a water taking component, a pesticide taking component, a pesticide mixing unit as well as a control component connected with the water taking component and the pesticide taking component, wherein the control component is used for controlling the water taking component and the pesticide taking component to take water and pesticide with corresponding flows according to the water-pesticide ratio matched with crops and input the water and the pesticide into the pesticide mixing unit; a water outlet pipe of the water taking component is connected into the pesticide mixing unit through a water injection port; a pesticide outlet pipe of the pesticide taking component is connected into the pesticide mixing unit through two or more pesticide injection ports; the water injection port and the two or more pesticide injection ports are arranged at angles, so that water current is injected and mixed with pesticide current of the two or more pesticide injection ports in the pesticide mixing unit from one end of the pesticide mixing unit and then isoutputted from a liquid pesticide outlet in the other end of the pesticide mixing unit.
