The invention provides a monitoring and warning method. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining monitoring data of a target service system, comparing the monitoring data with a corresponding standard threshold value, and judging whether the monitoring data is abnormal or not; if so, judging whether the generation time of the monitoring data belongs to a permissible fluctuation time slot or not; if so, setting the corresponding warning priority according to a fluctuation warning rule corresponding to the permissible fluctuation time slot and the monitoring data, and warning according to the warning priority; and if not, warning according to the pre-set standard warning priority. The invention further provides a monitoring and warning device, monitoring and warning equipment and a computer-readable storage medium. On the basis of daily monitoring, when monitored service data is abnormal, an abnormal cause is checked and analyzed from the time dimension; furthermore, according to theanalysis result, warning is carried out by adoption of a proper warning mode; the warning precision is improved; and thus, the stability and the security of the system are easily improved.
