The method comprises the following steps: acquiring sample data related to potential user complaints of the Internet television; obtaining an initial clustering center of the FCM clustering model according to the sample data; optimizing an initial clustering center of the FCM clustering model; obtaining model parameters which respectively correspond to the potential complaint user class and the non-potential complaint user class of the Internet television, and enabling the fuzzy membership degree to be the probability that each Internet television user belongs to the potential complaint user class and the non-potential complaint user class of the Internet television; predicting the complaint probability of each Internet television user according to the model parameters; and determining predicted complaint identifier types of the Internet television users according to a maximum membership principle, wherein the predicted complaint identifier types are divided into predicted complaint types or predicted non-complaint types. By adopting the technical schemeof the invention, the complaint behavior of the Internet television user can be predicted.
