The composition is composed of antibacterial peptides BMAP-18 and BMAP-18-R9, whereinthe BMAP-18 has the function of killing mycoplasmas outside cells, and the BMAP-18-R9 enters the cells under the effect of R9 cell-penetrating peptides to kill the mycoplasmas in the cells. Through the combination of the BMAP-18 and the BMAP-18-R9, the mycoplasmas inside and outside the cells can be thoroughly killed. In this way, the BMAP-18 and the BMAP-18-R9 can be used separately or combinedly, and no toxic effect is caused on the cells when the peptides are within the concentration of 200 micromoles.
