Abstract

The invention discloses an assembly structure suitable for a horizontal-to-vertical conversion impact device of a pneumatic impact table. The assembly structure comprises a horizontal hammerhead, a warping plate, a warping plate bracket, compression nuts, a table board, a vertical hammerhead and stand columns, wherein the horizontal hammerhead is fixed on the horizontal plane of the warping plate,and the vertical hammerhead is fixed on the vertical plane of the warping plate, so as to form a conversion structure of the horizontal-to-vertical conversion impact device of the pneumatic impact table; and the warping plate is connected with the warping plate bracket by means of a connecting shaft, the warping plate bracket is fixed on the two nearby stand columns by means of screws on two sides, and the upper part of four stand columns are connected and fixed to the table board by means of threaded rods and the compression nuts. During the test, a hammer body of the pneumatic impact tableapplies a horizontal force to the horizontal hammerhead, the horizontal hammerhead converts the horizontal force into a vertical force by means of the warping plate and the warping plate bracket, andinputs the vertical force to the vertical hammerhead; and the vertical hammerhead transfers the vertical impact force to the bottom part of the table board, so that the table board has the function ofa vertical upward impact force. The assembly structure can exert the impact function when carrying out large-scale pneumatic impact tests of this model or this type, and has the advantages of being safe and reliable, high in universality and saving test costs.
