Problems solved by technology

[0004] Current research on residential water consumption is often limited to one or a few communities, focusing on water use factors related to peak water consumption changes, so the applicability of research results to other cities is greatly limited

Embodiment 1

[0092] The operation of this example was carried out in Beijing, and 13 voluntary households in Beijing were tested for daily household terminal water consumption from March to May 2018, from June to August 2018, and from December 2018 to February 2019 and records of water use behavior. This embodiment takes household terminal water consumption as the research object to construct a terminal-family-urban domestic water consumption model. The technical route is as follows figure 1 shown.

[0093] The perceptron (MLP) neural network model is selected for modeling, and the linear function correlation is corrected by using the curve function. The principle of its neural network model is as follows figure 2 As shown, in the neural network model X i is the input layer, Z i and g i is the hidden layer, y is the output layer, and the curve function is used as the activation function of the hidden layer. The number of neurons in the hidden layer is the optimal number obtained by ...

Embodiment 2

[0167] In this embodiment, questionnaires are distributed to residents in selected cities with different characteristics across the country, and household water consumption and water habits are investigated in the form of questionnaires.

[0168] According to the terminal water consumption model of Example 1, the accumulated water consumption of each terminal in the family is accumulated to obtain the simulated value of the total household water consumption, as shown in formula (1), and then the total urban water consumption is obtained by accumulating the per capita water consumption of different types of households. The formula is shown in (2).

Abstract

The invention provides a method for predicting domestic water consumption of urban residents and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: counting the water consumption of household domestic water consumption terminal appliances of residents, and counting the number of families, age distribution and water consumption habits; carrying out non-parameter inspection on the family number, the age distribution, the water consumption habit and the water efficiency level, and solving the correlation between the influence factor and the water consumption of the terminal appliance; and according to the influence factors on the water consumption of the terminal appliance obtained through inspection, adopting a neural network model to construct a terminal-family-urban residentliving water consumption prediction model. According to the method, the household water consumption terminal is used as a water consumption starting point; the total domestic water consumption of urban residents is used as a final water consumption accounting target; the influence effect of driving factors on the domestic water consumption of the urban residents is defined; and the water consumption rule in families is revealed. The method for predicting domestic water consumption of urban residents constructs a water consumption terminal-family-urban resident domestic water consumption modeland carries out scene analysis, so that a theoretical basis and a scientific basis are provided for making an urban resident domestic water consumption quota.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of urban water supply and drainage, and in particular relates to a method for predicting domestic water consumption and its application. Background technique [0002] The rapid development of Chinese cities has led to an increasing demand for water resources, especially the domestic water consumption of urban residents. focus of water management efforts. As the basic unit of urban residents' domestic water use, households have complex and changeable water use characteristics due to various factors. How to evaluate the rationality of household water use and the efficiency of household water conservation has also become a major difficulty for management workers. In China, rapid urban development and population growth have led to increasing demand for water resources, which has brought enormous pressure on urban water shortages. According to the China Statistical Yearbook, in 2017, 35% of China's cities had p...
