Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method. The method comprises the following steps: creating a cloud host on a VMware platform; deploying an OpenStack platform container service in avirtual machine in the cloud host by adopting the mirror image file transmitted to the VMware platform, so that the virtual machine deployed with the OpenStack platform container service is used as anetwork controller to control the cloud host; wherein the mirror image file comprises an OpenStack platform container service component. The invention further discloses a corresponding control method. According to the scheme, the network controller is controlled through operation control of the OpenStack platform, then the network functions of the cloud host are managed in a centralized mode through the network controller, and therefore network management of the cloud host created on the VMware platform is simplified.
