The system comprises a data acquisition module for acquiring RGBD image data collected by a plurality of depth camera devices surrounding the human head of a measured person at 360 degrees; a data splicing module for splicing the RGBD image data acquired by the data acquisition module; a model reconstruction module for reconstructing a 360-degree model of a human head with color and depth; a mark identification module for determining mark points for image testing of the head circumference; a head circumference calculation module for calculating the head circumference length; and a file monitoring module for storing the determined head circumference length into the personal file of the measured person and evaluating whether the current head circumference length and the change of head circumference length are normal according to the head circumference file of the measured person.
