The foundation comprises a foundation boss and a foundation slab. The belly-expanded cup mouth is vertically downwards formed in the center of the top surface of the foundation boss. Mouth strengthening bars are arrangedin the cup wall of the belly-expanded cup mouth and used for crack resistance of the cup wall on the upper portion and punching shear resistance of the cup bottom on the lower portion. A set of mouthstirrups are arranged on the periphery of the belly-expanded cup mouth around the mouth strengthening bars and used for preventing the cup mouth from being ripped. A set of boss vertical bars are arranged in inward concrete on each of the four sides of the boss and used for protecting the boss against bending failure and the cup bottom against punch failure.
