The engine air distribution system fault test system comprises a gas inlet test mechanism and an exhaust test mechanism. The gas inlet test mechanism sequentially comprises a first gas laminar flow sensor, a first pneumatic control ball valve, a gas inlet pressure sensor and a gas inlet plugging head along a gas inlet flow direction; the first gas laminar flow sensor is provided with a corresponding first differential pressure sensor, and two gas circuit interfaces of the first differential pressure sensor are connected with a high-pressure differential pressure port and a low-pressure differential pressure port of the first gas laminar flow sensor; along an exhaust gas flow direction, the exhaust test mechanism sequentially comprises an exhaust plugging head, an exhaust pressure sensor, a second pneumatic control ball valve and a second gas laminar flow sensor; and the second gas laminar flow sensor is provided with a corresponding second differential pressure sensor, and two gas circuit interfaces of the second differential pressure sensor are connected with the high-pressure differential pressure port and the low-pressure differential pressure port of the second gas laminar flow sensor.
