Abstract

The device comprises a lifting mechanism and abracket capable of suspending a uterine distending solution bag, wherein a uterine distending solution in the uterine distending solution bag is conveyed to a water inlet of a uteroscope sheath through a transfusion pipe and then is conveyed into a uterine cavity from the water inlet, a pressure sensor is arranged on the transfusion pipe close to the water inlet, detected real-time pressure information on the uterine distending solution is transmitted to a controller by the pressure sensor, and the controller controls the lifting mechanism to drive the bracket to rise and fall according to the real-time pressure information and preset pressure information, so as to maintain pressure of the uterine distending solution in the uterine cavity constant. According to the device, the conveying of the uterine distending solution is achieved through the sensor, the transfusion pipe, the controller and the like, and thus, employing of the existing pump type uterine distending machines is avoided; and gravitational uterine distending is employed, active pumping action on the uterine distending solution is absent, gas embolism induced by active pumping is avoided, complications cannot be caused, and the safety of surgery is improved greatly.
