Abstract

The method includes: establishinga distribution network reconstruction scheme comprehensive evaluation index system comprising indexes such as reliability, power supply capability, economy, DG admitting capability, disaster resistance capability, adaptability and coordination and a quantitative calculation method of each index; solving subjective and objective weights of each index by using an interval intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and a CRITIC method; and obtaining a comprehensive weight in combination with a minimum information identification principle, solving a comprehensive evaluation value of each transformation scheme in combination with TOPSIS, selecting an optimal transformation scheme according to a principle that the comprehensive evaluation value of the scheme is maximum, and handing over the optimal transformation scheme to related workers in the technical field for implementation. The index system constructed by the method is concise and easy to calculate, the overall performance of the distribution network reconstruction scheme can be comprehensively reflected from different angles, and the obtained evaluation result is high in identification degree, so that the decision result is more practical and credible, and has higher engineering application value.
