An interface connection device, set in a first electronic device, includes: an analog physical layer circuit, a waveform generation circuit and a media access control circuit. The analog physical layer circuit receives an analog handshake signal from the second electronic device, and generates a digital handshake signal accordingly. The waveform generating circuit judges whether the number of pulse wave parameters contained in the digital handshake signal matches the preset pulse wave parameter range reaches the preset number of times, and generates a digital output signal when the default number of times is reached, wherein the output pulse of the digital output signal The output pulse wave parameters of the wave are consistent with the preset pulse wave parameter range.
